What are your favorite experiences offered by Vila Santa Teresa?
For me, it’s hard to choose just one. The romantic dinner in the gazebo and the Sunrise Breakfast are very popular. Every week, we prepare these experiences a few times in the garden. The romantic dinner menu is created by the chef and given to the guest as a keepsake. Each experience has its own tableware and exclusive menu.
I love them all, but I have a special connection with the Grilled Seafood experience, which is inspired by the beaches of the northeast of Brazil. There, fishermen have the habit of grilling super fresh fish right on the sand. Everyone sits on the ground around a fire made from the coconuts that fall from the palm trees. I find this experience charming and incredibly relaxing, and I brought a bit of that atmosphere to Vila Santa Teresa. Another experience I really enjoy is the SPA. It’s a peaceful environment that recharges my energy.
